Key Storage Box
Please use this key box correctly. If you are a large group and go separately, please leave the keys in the key box to have access to the villa at any time. It is important that when leaving you do not leave the 4-digit numbers of the code visible. Make sure that on the day of your departure you leave the keys inside. We ask that you do not change the code during your stay. Thanks for your cooperation.

Garbage
PLEASE THROW OFF TRASH at the following nearest collection
point. You can find it marked on the map or access it through this link in the Google Maps app.
⚠ Garbage must be collected on the day of departure. If this is not done, we will
charge your card an amount of €150.

Safe
The safe is located in the master bedroom inside the closet. Please, contact the office for details if it is not open or if you require a password. Always remember to leave the safe in the open position on the day of your departure.

The property has two fuse boxes:
- right entrance door to the property.
- laundry room.

- Before vacating the villa, please check if there are personal belongings in the property, if you have use of the safe, check that it is empty.
- When leaving your accommodation, make sure that all LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONING ARE OFF, as well as windows and doors closed.
- Please kindly dispose of any last bags of rubbish you may have and report any breakages to our resort office before leaving the villa. Make sure you have all passports and airline tickets with you.
- If you are returning to the airport by rental car, please do so at least 3.5 hours before your flight departure time to return your car, as the minimum check-in time is 2 hours due to the reinforced security measures.
- If you are returning to the airport by taxi, please make sure you know the pick-up time and location, according to your guide or by calling our office.

Loss of Passport or Identity Document
In case of loss or theft during your stay on the island, the following is required to
obtain a new duplicate of your passport or card: The police report must be made
in the police area where the incident occurred.
If you lose your passport a few hours before your return flight, a permit will be
issued at a police station allowing you to travel. It is necessary for you to go in
person go personally to the Police station with the following documents:
- Flight tickets
- Booking confirmation.
